Living in the area I often understand more because of the enormous variety (the quality is good but not exceptional). In recent times, however, the prices have skyrocketed. I give the example of ghee butter which few produce. A couple of years ago when they started selling it they gave you a flyer in which they said what it was, that they had done many tests to produce it of excellent quality and that they didn't make it organic precisely because in the various tests it hadn't given good results. Last week I went to the shop and there was no longer the usual ghee butter but now they make it organic (complete with new packaging) and obviously with a nice 25/30% price increase. But what was the story that organic ghee didn't work?
Then another very annoying thing is that they continually ask if you need anything else and you have to answer enough at least 3 times. Furthermore, they immediately charge your handbag to your final bill without even asking (once I said I didn't want it and they told me I risked spilling everything before getting to the car...)

Very fresh cheeses of unique goodness, like many other products, the staff is always kind and prepared
Excellent quality products and a wide variety of seasonings.
Price perhaps slightly higher than cheeses with the same maturation found in large-scale retail trade, but in our opinion these from the dairy are better.
